Workplace Investigations

How We Make Workplaces Better

Best practices and California law require employers to conduct timely, thorough, and impartial investigations into certain claims of workplace misconduct. Allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation must, by law, be investigated by the employer. Savvy employers realize that conducting an investigation into workplace concerns is key to maintaining a healthy work environment, retaining key talent, and operating efficiently.
